The CT Land & Water Renewal Project is entering final planning phases after being designed and developed by the Community of the Transfiguration and partners emersion DESIGN, Ridgewater Engineering and Construction LLC, and Rachel Robinson Design Landscape Architect (RRDLA). The project will highlight environmentally-friendly, water-smart landscaping, including engineered bioswales and increased vegetation and tree canopy, along with added recreational and ADA accessible features.
We are working collaboratively with the Village of Glendale and our residential neighbors to achieve our goals of community and communication. The project's implement will initiate with a structurally sound, historically beautiful wall replacement in the Fall 2022, followed by groundbreaking of earthwork and plantings in Spring 2023.
